针对中东某油田X油藏异常高温、高压下套管受力环境以及水泥环缺损,基于弹塑性有限元的基本理论,根据X油藏储层层段水泥环、岩石以及地应力参数等,建立了水泥环缺损时套管损坏的有限元力学模型。分析了在不同井筒内压作用下,水泥环缺损时套管的力学损坏过程,得出了固井质量是影响该油藏套管损坏的重要因素之一。为预防套管损坏和强度设计提供了理论依据。
As for the stress of casing in an abnormally high temperature and high pressure situation in X oil reservoir in the Middle East oil field,the finite element mechanics models with the defective cement sheath were established,basing on the rock mechanics and in-situ stress parameters in this reservoir.In this paper,the process of casing damage with defective cement sheath was discussed and analyzed in detail under the different casing pressure,which provide theoretical foundation for prevention casing damage and strength design.Finally,this paper proposed that cementing quality is one of the main reasons for causing damage in the X reservoir.
