套管磨损多呈“月牙形”,其直接后果是降低套管的抗挤强度和抗内压强度,如何计算磨损套管的抗挤强度、抗内压强度制约着如何安全地设计套管柱。因此笔者对“月牙形磨损”套管在不同磨损程度时的周向应力进行研究,并重点对其抗内压强度的计算方法进行了探索。笔者以P110的95/8 in套管为例,建立了计算磨损套管周向应力的解析模型,并用弹塑性有限元方法建立了套管的有限元力学模型,通过有限元分析来验证解析模型的正确性,最后以此为基础得出了磨损套管的抗内压强度计算公式。
The casing wear is mostly crescent-worn,which reduces collapse strength and burst strength of the casing directly.How to estimate the burst strength of worn casing has a big effect on how to safely design casing strings.We analyze the hoop stress of crescent-worn casing in different wearing degree and focus on the calulation methods of burst strength.Take P110 95/8" casing for example,the analytical model of the hoop stress is first established,then the finite element mechanic model of casing is established with plastic-elasticity finite element method.The results of the analytical model agree well with the finite element analysis.Finally,the formula for calulating the burst strength of worn casing is obtained.
