借助于2005-2014年安徽省农产品物流能力的时间序列数据,采用熵权法和灰色关联分析的方法对其农产品物流能力进行实证分析。结果表明：近十年来,安徽省农产品物流能力的发展整体上呈上升趋势,其发展大致可分为两个阶段,2005-2009年为缓慢增长阶段,2010-2014年为快速增长阶段。最后,从制约其农产品物流能力发展的主要因素出发,提出了加大政府支持力度、完善农产品物流基础设施建设、重视科技和人才投入、建设高信息化农产品物流平台等对策建议。

By means of the correlation sequence data of agricultural product logistics capability of Anhui province in 2005-2014, the paper uses the method of entropy weight and grey correlation analysis to analyze the agricultural product logistics capability. Results show that： in recent ten years, the overall development of agricultural products logistics ability in Anhui province showed an upward trend.Its development can be roughly divided into two stages, from 2005 to 2009 as a slow growth stage, 2010 to 2014 for a rapid growth stage .And through the analysis of the main factors restricting the logistics ability of agricultural products in Anhui province, some specific countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, such as speeding up the government＇s support, improving the agricultural product logistics infrastructure construction, paying attention to the role of logistics professionals and technology, making the implementation of the modernization of agricultural products logistics,and so on.
