机械-液压约束活塞发动机(MHCPE)在工程机械等车辆上有着迫切的应用需求,协同仿真是了解其性能和结构设计优化的前提。提出了一种基于WEB的分布式问题求解环境MCS,可有效地用于分布式建模和仿真,支持网络协同工作。MCS主要分为WEB客户端演示界面、计算求解服务器和系统管理服务器3层,所有包含在这3层中的组件都是由面向对象的方法Java实现的。应用MCS对MHCPE的性能进行了仿真优化测试,各项功能运行正常,优化效率提高233%。
Mechanical-Hydraulic Confined Piston Engine has urgent application requirements in engineering machinery and urban vehicle.Collaborative simulation is very useful for understanding its performance and structrual design optimization.This paper proposes a WEB-based distributed problem solving environment MCS,which will be very effective for distributed modeling and simulation,and also support the cooperation on network.The MCS contains three layers:web client presentation interface,computing solver servers and system management server.All contained in the components of this three layers can be worked by an object-oriented approach-Java implementation.The effectivity of MCS was tested by the performance simulation of MHCPE,and all function normally run,the efficiency improves 233%.
