内燃泵(ICP)是一种直接将指示功转化为液压能的新型动力装置,工作原理与传统发动机不同,其重要运动部件连杆的设计需要具体考虑负荷、质量、强度与稳定性等因素,形成自己的设计方法。建立了连杆有限元模型和优化模型,通过仿真分析,标定工况下,ICP连杆压力负荷比传统发动机约减小14.25%,拉力负荷则约增加232.58%;优化设计后,连杆质量相对传统的发动机可减小23.9%,主要通过减少连杆大小头外圆半径以及杆身厚度实现;连杆应力、变形比传统的发动机略有增加,另外,增加连杆大头过渡圆处半径对减轻或消除应力集中作用较大。
Internal Combustion Pump (ICP) is a new type power device converting indicated work into hydraulic energy directly. Its working principle is different from traditional engine. The design of its connecting-rod must consider the load, mass, strength and stability and so on, thus has its own design method. The finit element model and optimization model of connecting-rod were constructed. Through simulation, under the nominal working condition, the com- pression force of the connecting-rod of ICP is 14. 25% less than the traditional engine, but the tensile force is 232.58% bigger. After optimal design, the mass of connectiong-rod can be decreased 23.9% by reducing the radius and thichness of the ends of connecting-rod mainly, but the stress and deformation increases slightly. Moreover, the increment of fillet radus of the big end is more effiueut for diminishing or eliminating the stress concentration.
