为提高设计效率和实现液压约束活塞发动机(hydraulicconfinedpistonengine,HCPE)协同优化,对HCPE连杆优化设计的响应面近似方法进行研究,建立了HCPE连杆优化设计的响应面二阶模型,并对连杆响应面二阶模型计算结果与有限元分析结果进行比较,结果表明,误差较小,在5%以内。通过优化,与原始体积相比,连杆体积减小了约20.03%。运用响应面近似方法可缩短计算时间,降低计算成本,为HCPE协同优化提供了理论依据。
The connecting rod is important component of Hydraulic Confined Piston Engine(HCPE), and structural optimization design research is very important to improve HCPE performance. This paper established HCPE connecting rod optimization model based on the response surface method(RSM), and the error is within 5 G compared with the finite element model. Based on the RSM for the HCPE connecting rod optimized design, the volume of crankshaft reduced about 20.03 ~//0, and this can greatly shorten the calculation time. This provides beneficial exploration of the engine optimization design application with RSM.
