根据泵阀运动的魏氏效应和液体的可压缩性对液缸内液体连续流产生的影响,本文对HCPE锥形阀的动力特性进行研究,建立锥形阀在系统工作过程中的运动模型,并根据36114ZG4B六缸径向型HCPE配流阀系统运动规律,利用MATLAB进行仿真验证,仿真结果表明,在额定转速范围内,HCPE配流阀的位移、速度、加速度运动性能较为稳定,该研究为整机的优化设计提供了理论依据。
According to the Westphal Phenomena of the valve motion and the impact that the liquid compressibility on the continuous flow of cylinder, dynamic characteristics of HCPE taper valves were studied and then the motion model when taper valve working were established in this paper. Next, according to the movement character that HCPE flat-valve of 36114ZG4B, the simulation was done by MATLAB. The conclusion shows that engine has stable working performance at the range, but there exist liquid pressure sharp edges and bigger unseal-delay-angles and real-delay-angles with the engine speed change . So it is nec- essary to the flat valve system to optimize the flat valve system in the future.
