基于我国2007-2012年的省域数据建立空间面板模型,并使用Moran'sI指数进行空间相关性的检验,矩阵形式上采用分块对角矩阵将基于截面的检验拓展到面板,实质上采用经济空间权重矩阵,即地理空间权重矩阵与经济强度矩阵的乘积.结果显示,软件业人力资本、可持续人力资本、政府扶持、信息化发展程度等因素都对我国软件产业集聚有着积极的作用和影响,要想将产业集聚带来的知识溢出发挥到极致,政府要制定相关政策为广泛吸引人才创造条件等等.
This paper establishes spatial panel models based on provincial data of year 2007- 2012, and using Moran's I index to do spatial correlation test. Especially, matrix in form using block diagonal matrix which can expand the test to a panel-based test, and it is a economic distance weights matrix in essence, which is the product of a spatial weights associated with the geospatial w and a matrix which describes inter-regional economic differences. The results show that human capital, the number of students in school, government support, information technology development and other factors all play a positive role in China's software industry gathering, and inspire us that if we want to maximize knowledge spillovers which brought by software industry gathering, the government should formulate relevant policies to attract talent.
