The main content and characteristic of Smart Land are analyzed and discussed in this paper from the angle of administrative examination and approval system reform. With the key work in current land and resources management, Xuzhou is taken as an example to point out the key points for Smart Land construction and investigate the pattern of Smart Land applied in land and resource management.
