文章利用超声波原位聚合苯胺单体制备聚苯胺导电羊毛织物。研究了超声波处理后聚合物的形貌,以及超声温度、超声时间、苯胺浓度和盐酸浓度对导电织物导电性能的影响。结果表明:当超声时间为2h,超声温度为75℃,苯胺浓度为1mol/L,盐酸浓度为0.5mol/L时,织物的导电性能最佳。
The electroconductibility polyaniline wool fabrics were prepared by insitu polymerization by ultrasonic treatment.The morphological changes of polymer and the influences of ultrasonic temperature were studied from the aspects of ultrasonic wave treated time,concentrations of aniline and hydrochloric acid.The results show that the optimum conditions are ultrasonic time of 2h,ultrasonic temperature of 75℃,aniline of 1mol/L and hydrochloric acid of 0.5mol/L.
