有机硅复配乳液的制备及应用性能研究

以氨基/十二烷基改性硅油(RAS)和羧烃基硅油(CAS)为原料,采用非离子表面活性剂复合乳化剂制备了外观透明的RAS乳液及CAS乳液;再将两者以不同比例混合,制得RAS/CAS复配乳液,并将其应用于棉织物的整理。经测试,RAS/CAS复配乳液的离心稳定性、弱酸碱稳定性、电解质稳定性良好;和空白布样相比,经RAS/CAS复配乳液整理的纯棉织物的柔软性能得到不同程度的提升,而白度、吸湿性均有所下降;经RAS/CAS复配乳液整理的织物的柔软性能均优于经CAS乳液整理的织物,吸湿性和白度虽然不及经CAS乳液整理的织物,但较之经RAS乳液整理的织物明显提升:其中尤以RAS和CAS的质量比为2:1时应用性能较佳,在获得较佳柔软性能的同时,保持了较好的白度及吸湿性,弥补了单一有机硅乳液应用上的不足。

英文摘要:

The transparent RAS and CAS latex emulsions were prepared under a suitable emulsion system by using amino/dodecyl modified silicone oil (RAS) and carboxyl silicone oil (CAS). Then they were mixed to form the compound silicone emulsion RAS/CAS with different proportions. RAS/CAS compound silicone emulsion was used to treat cotton textile. The RAS/CAS compound silicone emulsion showed good eentrifuga- tion stability, resistance to weak acids or bases and electrolyte stability. Compared to the untreated cotton tex- tile, the softness of textile could be improved with compounded silicone emulsion RAS/CAS to some certain extent. But its hydrophilicity and whiteness decreased respectively. The softness of textile treated with RAS/ CAS exceeded that of textile treated with CAS. The hydrophilieity and whiteness of textile treated with RAS/ CAS was inferior to CAS, while exceeded RAS significantly. When the mass ratio of RAS to CAS was to 2 : 1, the application performance of textile treated with RAS/CAS reached its best. That indicated the treated textile have acquired the best softness as well as good hydrophilicity and whiteness with compound silicone emulsion, compared to the performance of any single silicone emulsion.
