以氨值为0.5587mmol/g的嵌段型聚醚氨基硅油(BPEAS)为主要原料,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-3为乳化剂,制备了含固量为30%的透明状BPEAS阳离子硅乳。采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察其粒子形态,用纳米粒度仪及Zeta电位分析仪测定其粒径分布及ζ电位,讨论了硅乳稳定性、乳化剂用量的选择及pH值对其应用性能的影响。结果表明:粒径为98.8nm,ζ电位为+73.03mV,含固量为30%,pH值为5.5~7.0的BPEAS硅乳具有良好的离心稳定性、稀释稳定性及耐弱酸碱稳定性,能赋予织物良好的柔软性,使织物的静态吸水时间缩短为4.5s,白度与整理前相比变化不大,综合应用性能佳。
Using fatty alcohot-polyoxyethylene ether(AEO-3) as emulsifier and block polyether aminopolysiloxane (BPEAS)with ammonia value of 0.558 7 mmol/g as main raw material, transparent and cationic silicone emulsion BPEAS with solid content of 30% is synthesized. Then the particle morphology, particle sizes distribution and Zeta voltage are investigated by transmission electron microscope (TEM), nano particle size analyzer and Zeta voltage analysis instruments. The influences of emulsion's stability, emulsifier dosage and pH value on performance properties are discussed. The results indicate that, the BPEAS emul- sion with an average particle size of 98.8 nm, mean ζ voltage of + 73.03 mV, solid content of 30% and pH value of 5.5 - 7.0, has good centrifugal stability, dilution stability and resistance to weak acid-alkali stability. The fabric features good softness, the static water absorption time reduces to 4.5 s, and has little change in whiteness.
