制浆干燥法制备高性能活性白土的工艺研究

中文摘要:

提出制备高性能活性白土的制浆干燥工艺,以解决膨润土在酸活化过程中性能不高及污染严重的问题。以盐酸为改性剂,通过单因素实验得到的制浆干燥工艺条件为:盐酸溶液质量分数5%,膨润土与盐酸溶液的质量体积比1:2,反应温度50℃,时间10h,得到活性自土的活性度可达320,菜油脱色率为86%。采用制浆干燥法改性的膨润土。反应条件温和,活性度高,结构破坏轻,废酸少,具有较广阔的应用前景。

英文摘要:

Slurry making and drying process was introduced to prepare activated clay of high performance, which would resolve the problems, such as low performance and severe environment pollution during the process of aid activation of bentonite. A single-factor test was conducted taking hydrochloric acid as modifier with the slurry drying process conditions available being fraction of hydrochloric acid solution mass 5 %, mass and volume ratio of bentonite to hydrochloric acid solution 1 : 2, reaction temperature 50 ℃ and reaction time 10 hours, activity of activated clay up to 320 and decolorization ratio of rapeseed oil 86 %. The bentonite modified by the slurry making and drying process features moderate reaction temperature required, high activity of clay, little damage to the structure and less release of waste acid with a prospect of its wide application.
