传统湿法生产活性白土,系用一定质量分数的无机酸活化膨润土,本文提出了用盐酸制备活性白土的废酸循环生产工艺。单因素实验结果表明:当工艺条件为盐酸废酸质量分数14%、液固比3.5、反应温度90℃、反应时间4.5h时,产品质量优于硫酸法得到的活性白土。废酸循环使得盐酸用量减少近44%,废酸排放量减少近78.6%,既节水节酸.又保护环境。
Production of actived clay by wet method is to make bentonite activation with certain concentration of inorganic acid. The paper describes a method of preparing actived clay with hydrochloric acid by the waste acid recycle technology. The result of single-factor experiments showed that the optimum conditions are: the concentration of hydrochloric acid is 14 %, the liquid-solid ratio is 3.5, the reaction temperature is 90 ℃ and reaction time is 4.5 h. The quality of products is better than the one by the method with sulfuric acid. Recycling of acid wastewater has the wastage of hydrochloric acid reduced by 44%, and the discharge amount of acid wastewater reduced by 78.6 %. This process can save water and acid and protect the environment.
