在分析了碾压混凝土施工系统的特点基础上,针对碾压混凝土施工系统的复杂和动态离散特性,建立碾压混凝土施工工序排队网络和Petri网模型,将排队模型嵌入Petri网,为Petri网模型提供有效Token和时间约束,耦合生成施工过程的Petri网模型.该建模方法有效地克服了单一排队模型表达能力不足和单一Petri网仿真建模复杂性。通过工程实例验证了该建模方法大大简化Peetri网建模过程,提高Petri网针对性和分析效率。
Based on analysis on the characteristics of the RCC dam construction system, RCC construction process queue network and Petri net model were built according to the complex and dynamic discrete characteristics of RCC construction system. The queuing model to the Petri net was embedded to provide effective Token and time constraint for the Petri net model, and then construction process Petri net model was coupled. This modeling method has overcome the lack of expression ability when using single queuing model and the complex characteristics when using single Petri net model. It proves that the modeling method greatly simplifies the Petri net model process and improves the pertinence and analysis efficiency of the Petri net.
