混凝土拱坝施工方案优选量个具有定性定量指标的多目标综合评价问题。本文首先构建了具有多层次递阶结构的拱坝施工方案综合评价的指标体系,进而针对指标信息的模糊不确定性,提出了基于Vague集的拱坝施工方案模糊综合评价方法,建立了基于Vague集相似度的综合评价模型,克服了传统模糊集不能体现信息介于肯定与否定之间踌躇性的弊端。最后拉西瓦工程实例研究表明了本文方法的可行性,从而为拱坝施工方案的综合评价提供了一条新的途径。
Optimization of construction schemes of concrete arch dams is a multi-purpose comprehensive evaluation with qualitative and quantitative index. Firstly, a multi-hierarchy index system is developed for the comprehensive evaluation of construction of arch dams and then a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on Vague set is presented with consideration of the uncertainty of the index, and an evaluation model is established according to the similarity of Vague set. It overcomes the limiation that traditional fuzzy set cannot describe the hesitating information. Finally, an example of Laxiwa hydropower project shows that the proposed method is feasible and efficient. It is a new way of comprehensive evaluation for construction schemes of arch dams.
