为解决复杂零件工时计算过程繁琐、易出错的问题,构建基于Silverlight的3D可视化工时定额测算模型。在系统集成的基础上,从制造特征与工艺特征等角度对零件进行解析,确定工艺特征与3D模型的映射关系,系统自动收集工时测算所需的各项参数并采用Silverlight3D技术生成3D可视化模型。采用成组技术对工艺特征进行分类并建立规则库与参数库,在对参数预处理的基础上,通过动态规则计算引擎完成工时的自动计算并实现工时计算过程的可视化,以便工艺员对整个计算过程进行检查。最后以车阶梯轴的工时计算为例对该技术的可行性进行了实例验证并对计算结果的准确性进行了分析。
In order to solve the problem of complicated and error-prone calculation process in calculating the man-hour of complex parts, the visualized 3D model of man-hour calculation is built based on the Silverlight. In the environment of system integration, analyzing the manufacturing characteristics and process features of parts and the mapping connection between process characteristics and 3D model is established; the system automatically collects the parameters that the calculation needed and generates 3D visualization model by the technology of Silverlight. The Classifying process characteristics as well as the establishment of the rule base and parameter library are achieved by group techniques, based on the parameters of the pretreatment, the automatic calculation of Man-hour completed through dynamic rule calculation engine, accordingly, visualized the process of calculation, so that the engineer has access to check the whole calculation process. Finally, this technical feasibility is verified by an example of car ladder shaft and the accuracy of the calculation is analyzed.
