为适应新工厂CNC系统生产线自动化、智能化的需求,以CNC系统加工车间为研究对象,针对企业当前存在的问题,设计开发了一套生产制造集成平台——制造执行系统(MES系统)。通过分析MES和上层ERP系统之间的数据流程关系,以及下层自动化系统的集成特性,给出了该系统功能模型、系统结构以及设备集成架构,实现了通过MES系统对产品全制造过程的数据采集、验证防错及生产信息的追溯化。实际应用效果表明,MES系统的使用减少生产工艺中的错漏现象,提升了生产质量。
In order to adapt to the automatic and intelligent demand for CNC system product line in new factory, in view of the current problems existing in the enterprise and setting the CNC system workshop as the study object, designs and develops a set of manufacturing integrating platform--the manufacturing execution system (MES). Through the analysis of the data flow relationship between MES and ERP system and the integration features of the automation system , gives the system function model, system structure and equipment integration architecture, through the MES, achieved that the data collection of the whole manufacturing process, validation ,the traceability of production information. Practical application effect shows that the use of MES system reduced errors in the production technology and improved the production quality.
