为满足混线生产车间物料配送准时化的需求,以配送路径最小为目标函数,满足配送工具装载量、工位时间窗等约束条件,分析并建立了车间物料配送路径优化问题的模型。基于蚁群算法对蚂蚁选择概率作改进,引入确定性和探索性搜索扩大搜索空间,并结合遗传算法里的相关操作,改善全局搜索的局限性和收敛速度,运用改进的蚁群算法对模型求解。最后通过某汽车后桥生产车间实际案例分析,验证了该算法的有效性。为制造企业车间物料配送优化提供了可参考的模型和算法。
To meet the requirement of mixed line production plant material delivery on time, taking the minimum distribution path as the objective function and meeting with the constrains on vehicle volume and on time window at stations ,Analyzed and modeled workshop materials distribution routing problem.
