针对靖边油田墩洼油区延9低渗透油藏，层内非均质性强，部分注水井吸水不均，水驱规律复杂，注水调控难度大的问题，通过研究其注采对应关系，油水井生产能力，注水情况、采油速度、油藏压力保持水平、注采井网适应性的研究，对研究区的注水开发效果进行了研究，结果表明：油藏注水时间短，地层亏空严重，油水井数比过高，达到4．18，大部分面积没有水井控制，水驱控制程度只有45％左右，存水率为负的50％，导致采油速度低，目前采油速度只有0．26％；目前压力保持程度低，压力系数为0．43。目前油藏注水开发效果差，采出程度低，潜力大。

英文摘要：

According to Jingbian oilfield Dunwa oil area Yan 9 low permeability reservoir, reservoir heterogeneity was strong,partial injection well absorbed water uneven,water flooding was complicated.It was difficult to control the problem of water,through research the rela- tionship of injection production wells,oil production capacity,water injection,oil production rate and oil reservoir pressure level of wells network adaptability note,the effect of water flooding was studied.The results showed that reservoir formation time was short,stratum energy serious deficit,oil-water well ratio was too high, reached 4.18,most of the area was not well controlled, the degree of water flooding was only about 45 %.Water storage rate was negative 50 %,because of low production rate,the production rate was only 0.26 %,the cur-rent pressure to maintain a low level,the pressure coefficient was 0.43.At present, the reservoir water injection development effect was poor,great potential.
