为科学地简化茶藨属植物果实品质的评价指标,采用主成分分析方法,以茶藨属植物不同种间的果实为材料,对测得的果实维生素C、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、有机酸、色价、出汁率等12项指标进行了分析。依据性状累积方差贡献率达到85%以上,提出了3个反映茶藨属植物果实主要品质的主成分及其主成分函数式。通过计算各种重要主成分值,进而选择综合性状优良的种。其结果与种的实际表型相近似,表明主成分分析法对茶藨属植物果实品质主要性状综合评选比优良性状打分评优更科学、简便。
In order to simplify the indices for evaluating fruit quality without decreasing the information volume contained in Ribes L., multivariate statistics methods of principal component analysis were used for analyzing 12 fruit quality indices, including fruit vitamin C content, total soluble solid content, juicy percentage, sugar, organic acid, color scale, juice rate etc. for fresh fruit of various species of Ribes L. duce one kilogram kernel. According to more than 85 % of the cumulative variance proportion, the results proposed three principal components and their function equations which reflected the main qualities of Ribes L. The key principal component values of various varieties were calculated. The method could be applied to select fine species and the results were similar to practical phenotype. The method of principal component analysis was more scientific and simple than the method of giving a mark of main fruit quality of Ribes L. It will provide a theoretical basis for selecting fine breeding materials for Ribes L.
