采用盆栽试验研究了不同时期、不同基质条件下越橘品种"北陆"根系分泌物中有机酸的组分与含量。结果表明:3种基质条件(秸秆改良、草炭改良和园土栽培)下,越橘根系分泌物中均含有草酸、柠檬酸、酒石酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸、乙酸、丙二酸7种有机酸。其中草酸和苹果酸含量最多,约占有机酸总量的70%;琥珀酸含量最少,约占有机酸总量的3%。3种基质条件下,越橘根系分泌物中有机酸总含量呈秸秆改良〉草炭改良〉园土栽培规律,有机酸分泌总量按照时期从大到小依次为盛花期、落果后、初果期、盛果期、休眠前和花芽萌动期。
The ingredient and content of "Northland" blueberry root exudates organic acid in different organic substrates were cultured in pot. The results showed that in different substrates (stalk improvement, peat improvement and garden mold cultivation), the root exudates include oxalic acid, citric acid, tartaric acid, malic acid, succinic acid, acetic acid and malonic acid.
