针对末敏弹气动特性研究中风洞试验费用高,传统弹道靶仪器需多次试验才能得到完整数据的问题,提出了一种基于高速录像拍摄的序列图像处理技术的末敏弹阻力系数计算方法。利用Surendra背景更新算法获得视场背景,通过将当前帧与背景作差,并引入适当的容差,对差值图像进行去噪处理,得到末敏弹弹道数据点。结合末敏弹弹道模型,用最小二乘法拟合时间弹道数据,计算得到末敏弹阻力系数。试验表明:利用该方法进行末敏弹阻力系数计算简单快速有效,计算结果精度高,与试验结果误差在2%以内。
Because of the high expense on TSP wind tunnel test and the traditional ballistic range needs several tests to get whole data,an TSP drag coefficient calculation method based on projectile image processing of high- speed video was proposed. The stable back-ground was extracted by using Surendra algorithm, then the difference between current frame and back-ground was revealed. With proper tolerance and image de-noising processing, the ballistic points were acquired. TSI's drag coefficient calculated by using least square method to match the ballistic points to their time difference. The calculated coefficient indicated that the image processing method was simple and efficient, which also possessed high precision. The errors between the calculated model and the experiment were within 2 %.
