Viruses are closely related to the lives of human heings, so they have been paid close attention by the researches. In this article, three highly sensitive analyzing and detecting methods, chemiluminescent analysis, fluorescence spectroscopy and atomic force microscope imaging are introduced. These are practically technical methods for imaging, detecting and composition analysis of viruses. In addition, the prospect of these methods is anticipated.
