At present,there are five kinds of theories to explain the mechanism of ＂creative destruction＂ of Chinese industrial competitiveness： the mechanism based on respectively comparative advantages, late-development advantages, competitive advantages, integration of comparative advantages and competitive advantages, dynamic finn theory. By analyzing those mechanism, it draws the conclusion that it is the smooth strategic evolution of finns that drives and creates final ＂creative destruction＂ of Chinese industrial competitiveness.
