Technique innovation also contains latent risk at the time of bringing enterprise considerable economic and social performance. However, industry clusters, this kind of network organized form makes the influence of the risk extend further probably. This article makes use of the economics analysis approach to deduce the creative need curve of industrial clusters,then discuss the manifestation of the risks of industrial clusters caused by technique innovation. Finally, we put forward the correspond of measures to guard against risks.
