高压扭转法制备粉末块体超细晶材料

介绍了高压扭转法的基本原理,分析了粉末固化后试样的组织与性能。认为高压扭转法固化粉末制备块体超细晶材料是一种行之有效的方法。同时还指出了目前运用高压扭转法固化粉末制备块体超细晶材料的不足,并对其发展前景进行了展望。

英文摘要:

High-pressure torsion(HPT) is one of the severe plastic deformation techniques,which brings pressure in the high direction of the transformed material and puts a torque on its cross section through active friction,and thus makes the transformed material have axial compression and tangential shear transforms.Principles of HPT and microtexture as well as mechanical properties of the powder consolidation are introduced.From the investigations we can see that consolidate powder by using HPT for bulk nanostructured materials is an effective technique.Some current insufficiencies are pointed out in the end and its future development is discussed.
