钼粉烧结锥形件高压扭转成形模拟研究

采用刚粘塑性有限元法,对钼粉烧结锥形件热压扭转成形进行分析研究,获得了变形过程中等效应变、相对密度的分布规律,初步分析了摩擦因子及扭转角速度对变形的影响。结果表明:锥形件口部先达到理论相对密度,其内壁等效应变和相对密度分布高于外壁,而摩擦因子和扭转角速度的适当选取是锥形件高压扭转成形的关键。

英文摘要:

In this paper, thermal pressure-torsion process for sintering molybdenum was analyzed by rigid-viscoplastic finite element method, and the distribution of strain-effective and relative density was obtained, the effects of friction value and angular velocity in deforming process were discussed as well. It is shown that the mouth of cones first achieved theory relative density. The strain-effective and relative density for inside are higher than that of outside. It is indicated that appropriate choices of friction value and angular velocity are the key points of high-pressure torsion(HPT) for cones.
