以可溶性淀粉为原料,Span80为乳化剂,环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,蓖麻油和甲苯为油相,采用反相乳化交联法合成淀粉微球。由单因素固定变量实验得到合成淀粉微球的最佳实验条件为:淀粉质量分数11%,水相油相体积比1:20,搅拌速度600r/min。用红外光谱仪进行结构表征,证明环氧氯丙烷和淀粉发生了交联反应。用扫描电子显微镜进行观测,发现淀粉微球粒径范围在40~90um之间,表面有空隙。研究了不同淀粉质量分数对微球降解速率的影响,结果表明淀粉微球有较好的降解性,且淀粉质量分数越小,降解越慢。淀粉微球的溶血率为0.9%,远小于国家标准5%,证明淀粉微球有较好的血液相容性。
The starch microspheres were synthesized from soluble starch by inverse emulsion crosslinking method with Span80 as the emulsifying agent, epichlorohydrin as the crossliking agent, castor oil and toluene as the organic phase. The results show that excellent condition of starch microspheres can be obtained when starch concertration 11% , volume ratio of water/oil 1 : 20, stirring speed 600r/rain. Crosslinking reaction were taken place between epichlorohydrin and starch showed by FTIR. The diameter of starch microspheres is 40-90um , and the surface of starch microspheres is porous by SEM. The effect of starch concentration on microsphere degrading rate was studied. The results show that degrading rate of starch microspheres increases with starch concentration. The hemolysis ratio is 0. 9% , far less than the national standard of 5 %. It indicates that starch microspheres are hemocompatible.
