为了及时发现电力系统中的次同步振荡,采取措施保障机组安全和电力系统稳定运行,结合同步相量测量的算法原理分析了次同步振荡对相量测量单元(PM U )测量结果的影响;针对 IEEE Std C37.118—2011标准对于同步相量测量提出的新要求,分析了遵循新标准的 PM U 测得的同步相量数据应用于主站次同步振荡监测时存在的问题,并指出了在主站实现次同步振荡分析的局限性;在此基础上提出在 PM U 装置上实现次同步振荡在线辨识和告警的方法,通过仿真试验验证了方法的可行性。
In order to detect the subsynchronous oscillation in power system in time and take measures to ensure the safety of the generator set and stability of power system , by referring to the synchrophasor measuring algorithm principle , the influence of subsynchronous oscillation on the phasor measuring unit ( PMU ) measurement results is analyzed . In light of the new requirements of synchrophasor measurement proposed by IEEE Std C37 .118 — 2011 , the problems of master stations using synchrophasor data measured by new standard PM U in monitoring subsynchronous oscillation are analyzed . The limitations of analyzing subsynchronous oscillation by master station are pointed out . On the basis of the above , a method of on‐line identification and alarm for subsynchronous oscillation on PMU device is proposed , and the feasibility of the method verified by simulation experiments .
