为了有效降低广域测量系统(WAMS)主站与相量测量装置(PMU)子站之间实时数据的传输频率,同时又不影响WAMS基于PMU实时数据的各类高级应用,提出了一种实现PMU实时数据"三段式变频传输"方法。对PMU数据的应用现状和应用场景进行了分析总结,在此基础上提出了PMU实时数据的"三段式变频传输"方法,将PMU实时数据分为A,B,C三段,在电网正常运行时,PMU子站以较低传输频率传输PMU实时数据,当PMU子站在检测到电网发生扰动时,PMU子站立即以较高传输频率先传输缓冲区内的A段数据,然后再继续以较高传输频率传输扰动过程中的B段实时数据,直至扰动消失后,再将传输频率降低,传输C段实时数据。通过对现行的PMU通信规约进行扩展,实现了与现有通信规约兼容的PMU实时数据"三段式变频传输"方法。最后,通过仿真验证了该方法的可行性及效果。
In order to reduce the frequency of real-time data transmission between (WAMS) and phasor measurement unit (PMU), without affecting the advanced applications of WAMS, this paper presents a “three-segment variable rate transmission" method of the PMU data.The status of the WAMS/PMU application is introduced,and application scenarios for PMU data are summarized.And then“three-segment variable rate transmission"of PMU real-time data that divides PMU data transmission into 3 segments is proposed.During steady state,PMUs will transmit real-time data at rate F L . When disturbance occurs,firstly PMU will send out A-segment data in buffer immediately.Then B-segment data during disturbance will be transmitted at rate F H ,and finally reporting rate will be lowered to F L to transmit C-segment data after disturbance. By extending the existing PMU, a “three-step variable rate transmission" method compatible with the existing PMU communication protocol is achieved.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the method is verified via simulation.
