The disseverance and monopolization of the rule analysis and the circumstance analysis resulted in the rational paradox of the so called ,＂prisoner＇ s dilemma＂ and ＂economic man＂ The assumption of the general applicability of human nature and the cost-benefit analysis in the mainstream economics broke away from the sociality of human being severely. The restraints and the circumstantial factors that decide the motivation and the choice set of the human being are multiple. Only by recognizing the specific analytical objects under the restraints in particular circumstances, can the analysis of the individual motivation and the collective choice be unified and in line with the reality.
