为了提高圆盘式真空脱水机的工作效率,对脱水机工作中刮刀刮卸滤饼时出现的刮卸不均匀问题进行分析,选用了磨削工艺。在充分考虑圆盘式真空脱水机机架结构特点的基础上,利用模块化设计方法,选择了燕尾型直线导轨滑台、蜗轮蜗杆装置、电主轴和砂轮等主要零部件,并对传感器进行选型,设计出1套圆盘平面加工装置,以保证圆盘式真空脱水机的圆盘在工作时的平面度,以便可以刮卸均匀,提高生产效率。运用Solid Works对该装置进行三维建模,可直观地展示该装置的结构,并验证了其可行性。
In order to improve the working efficiency of the disc-typed vacuum dewatering machine,uneven surface scraping and unloading of the scraper during the operation of the dewatering machine was analyzed,and the grinding process was determined. In consideration of the structural features of the frame of the disc-typed vacuum dewatering machine,the modular design method was applied,and main parts were determined such as the dovetail-typed linear guide slipway,worm wheel and worm device,electric spindle and grinding wheel etc,as well as the sensors were selected,thus a set of disc plane machining device was designed,and the planeness of the disc during operation of the disc-typed vacuum dewatering machine could be guaranteed,so as to evenly scrape and enhance the productivity. In addition,Solid Works was applied to build 3D model of the device,thus the structure of the device was displayed visually,and its feasibility was verified.
