海南牛鼻鲼嗜水气单胞菌病的病理组织学观察

应用常规石蜡切片,H.E染色,对临床初步诊断为嗜水气单胞病的一例死亡海南牛鼻鲼的消化道、脾、肝、肾等进行病理组织学观察。结果表明,消化道的病变主要在黏膜层,黏膜上皮细胞脱落、坏死,炎性细胞浸润;脾主要表现为急性败血型,红髓充血、出血严重,白髓几乎完全消失;肝呈现弥漫性坏死,组织结构被破坏;肾的病变以肾小球严重肿大和肾小管上皮细胞坏死为特征。心肌和骨骼肌也发生轻微病变。以上结果表明嗜水气单胞菌对海南牛鼻鲼的脾、肝和肾的危害最为严重。

英文摘要:

The histopathological structure of gastrointestinal tract, spleen, liver, kidney, cardiac muscle and skeletal muscle in an Rhinoptera hainanica which died of Aeromonas hydrophila disease was observed by routine paraffin section and H.E. staining. The results showed that gastrointestinal lesions mainly existed in the layer of mucosa: necrosis and desquamation of epithelial cells and infiltration of inflammatory cells. Lesions in spleen were mainly acute septicemia, with severe hyperemia and haemorrhage in red pulp, and disappearance of white pulps nearly. Liver presented diffuse necrosis, with destruction of its histological structure. Damages in kidney were characterized by enlargement of glomeruli and necrosis of renal tubular epithelial cells. In addition, minor lesions occurred in cardiac muscle and skeletal muscle. The above'histopathological observation results manifested that the damage of Aeromonas hydrophila disease to the spleen, liver and kidney of Rhinoptera hainanica is the most serious.
