将N2和CO2按一定比例混合,从极限氧体积分数、爆炸极限和抑爆效果3个方面研究了N2/CO2混合气体对甲烷爆炸的影响。结果表明:(1)随着惰性混合气中N2含量的增加,极限氧体积分数呈线性下降;(2)任何配比的惰性混合气对爆炸上、下限的影响都可以近似认为是线性变化的;(3)惰性混合气中CO2含量越高,抑爆效果越好。同时,得到的拟合公式能预测N2和CO2任何配比时甲烷的爆炸极限。实验结果能对甲烷实际生产时的惰化处理提供基础数据和依据。
Experimental investigation on the limit oxygen volume fraction, explosion limit and explosion suppression effect of methane was carried out by adding N2/CO2 mixture into methane-air mixture. Results show that the limit oxygen volume fraction decreases linearly with the increment of N2 in N2/CO2 mixture. The influence of various compositions of inert gases on explosion limit of methane mixture can be considered to be linear. The higher the composition ratios of CO2 in N2/CO2 mixture, the better the explosion suppression for methane. Besides, the obtained fitted equation can predict methane explosion limits in any composition ratios of N2/COE mixture. The above results can be used as a reference for explosion protection design in engineering.
