对两起事故原因类似的冷焦热水罐闪爆事故进行了分析。根据物理爆炸和化学爆炸发生的条件,确定了闪爆事故的爆炸性质为化学爆炸。根据化学爆炸发生的条件分析了2起闪爆事故的原因,分析结果表明,事故原因为冷焦热水罐液位下降造成空气进入罐内,与罐内的可燃气体混合形成爆炸性混合气。并被硫腐蚀的产物硫化铁自燃放出的热量引爆。最后提出设置氮封、水喷淋等安全对策以避免类似事故的再次发生。
The causes of two similar coke cooling water tanks' explosion incidents are analyzed in this paper. The flash explosion incidents are determined as chemical explosion according to occurrence conditions of mechanical explosions and chemical explosions. Then the causes of these incidents are analyzed based on occurrence conditions of chemical explosions. The results show that the air comes in with the drop of level and it mixes with the combustible gases in the tank to form flammable mixture, which is ignited by the heat released by the spontaneous combustion of iron sulfide formed during sulfur corrosion on the tank wall. Finally, safety countermeasures such as nitrogen seal, water spray and so on are proposed in order to avoid similar accidents.
