组织创新(OI)与技术创新(TI)匹配是高技术制造企业创新成功的重要前提,本研究从匹配过程视角分析了企业不同发展阶段OI与TI的不同形式匹配关系,运用回归方法进行了实证验证.结果表明,高技术制造企业OI与TI的匹配关系在初创期基本呈现出一种TI主导的凹型函数关系,成长期基本呈现出一种OI主导的凸型函数关系,而成熟期则呈现出一种二者共同主导的对角直线型函数关系.研究结果为企业在实际创新中有针对性地采取相关创新策略提供了一定的参考与借鉴.
The matching of organizational innovation (OI) and technological innovation (TI) is an important prerequisite for successful innovation in high-teeh manufacturing enterprises. Using the regression analysis method, it made an empirical analysis on the matching relationships between OI and TI in enterprises' different development stages from the perspective of matching process. The results show: The matching relationship of OI and TI basically is a concave function dominated by TI in start-up stage, and a convex function dominated by OI in growing stage, as well as a diagonal linear function co-dominated by OI and TI in maturity stage. It provides some references for enterprises to take relevant innovative strategies.
