从复杂系统演化理论视角出发,基于企业创新系统的自组织特性,运用定性分析方法,思辨性地剖析企业组织创新与技术创新匹配效应的涌现过程,并进一步构建组织创新与技术创新匹配效应的涌现机理模型。其研究主要结论:组织创新与技术创新不同维度要素在自组织过程中发生选择、交互作用和变异三个阶段的自组织行为后,最终涌现出不同层次水平的匹配效应,逻辑性地揭示出两者匹配效应的涌现机理。
This paper, given the past research, builds on the evolution theory of complex systems and self-organization characteristics of enterprise innovation system, analyzes the emerging process of matching effect about organizational innovation and technological innovation by the use of qualitative analysis method. Further, it builds an emerging mechanism model of matching effect. The result shows that : in the process of self-organization, innovative elements from different dimensions are occurring three behaviors of choice, interaction and variation. As a result, different matching effects have emerged and their emerging mechanism has been revealed.
