为了解高端装备制造行业中组织创新(OI)与技术创新(TI)的匹配程度以及各自发展水平,引入物理学中的耦合协调理论来构建0I与TI的匹配度测量模型,并对该模型进行实证检验,并通过比较案例分析对该模型进行具体的实际应用。主要结论为:高端装备制造行业Ⅱ的平均水平高于OI,且二者匹配度处于较高的匹配层次上,不同企业之间OI与TI的匹配度及各自发展水平存在明显的差异化。
In order to understand the fit degree between organizational innovation ( OI ) and technological innovation (TI) as well as their respective development level in high- end equipment manufacturing enterprises, the measurement model of fit degree between OI and TI is eoratmeted by use of coupling and coordination theory from physics. This model is empirically tested and then is implemented in eom- parafive ease enterprises. The main eonelusions are: the average level of TI is higher than OI in high - end equipment manufacturing enter- prises, and the fit degree between OI and TI is at the higher level, the fit degree between OI and TI as well as their respective development level show significant differenee in different companies.
