使用1996~2011年东北国有林区84个森工企业的面板数据,运用超越对数形式的随机前沿生产函数模型,测算了森工企业的技术效率,并计算出各投入要素的产出弹性。然后利用Malinquist生产指数法将全要素生产变化指数分解为技术进步和技术效率变化。结果表明:劳动力和原木的投入对森工企业的产出具有促进作用;1996~2011年东北国有森工企业的平均技术效率值为0.7656,但呈逐年下降的趋势;而全要素生产率的年均增长率为0.51%,其增长主要来自于技术进步,技术效率的下降拖累了全要素生产率的增长,因此,要加强对现有技术的推广和扩散。
In this paper, the use of state-owned forest zone in 1996 -2011 of Northeast China84 forestry industry panel data, using the stochastic frontier production fianction model beyond the logarithmic form, calculates the tech- nical efficiency of forestry enterprises, and calculate the output elasticity of production factors. Then use the Malin- quist productivity index method of total factor productivity change index is decomposed into technological progress and technical efficiency change. Research results show that: Labor and log input to forestry industry outputcan pro- mote the average technical efficiency; 1996 - 2011 Northeast State-owned forestry enterprise value is 0.7656, but the downward trend; and the annual total factor productivity growth rate is 0.51%, its growth mainly comes from technological progress, the decline of technical efficiency drag the TFP growth, therefore, to strengthen the promo- tion and diffusion of existing technology.
