针对某矿业公司多输入、多输出的煤粉制备系统难以进行精确的数学建模、动态描述等特点,设计了一种基于模糊控制和PID技术的模糊PID控制器。首先通过解析典型响应曲线各个阶段为取得良好的控制性能,PID参数与控制过程中系统误差、误差变化率之间的关系,建立模糊控制规则,并为各模糊子集选用三角形隶属度函数,完成该控制器的设计。再通过拟设计的控制器与常规PID控制器对磨煤机入口负压进行对比实验研究,验证了该控制器较好的动、静态性能。
Design a fuzzy PID controller based on fuzzy control and PID technique,for which it's difficult to establish the precise mathematical models and describe dynamic courses for multiple-input,multiple output of coal powder preparation systems in mine.Firstly accoarding to analyze a typical response curve through the various stages in order to achieve good control performance,the relations of PID parameters and error,error change rate on the different control process system to establish fuzzy control rules,selecte triangular membership function for each fuzzy subset to design controller.Secondly,by using the fuzzy PID controller and traditional PID controller,the entrance minus pressure of mill is analyzed,the experiments results prove that fuzzy PID controller has good dynamic and static characteristic.
