This paper is concerned with the global exponential stability of impulsive neural networks with mixed time delays,which comprise discrete and distributed time delays.Based on the Lyapunov functional and inequality technique,delay-dependent stability criteria are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities.A numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the results.
