采用水热合成方法,通过调控反应物中Ca^2+与La^3+的摩尔比可控合成了钙钛矿结构La1-x-yCaxKyMnO3(0.05≤x≤0.49;0.05≤y≤0.21)系列样品,利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、等离子光谱仪及磁性测量系统对样品的结构、形貌、成分组成和磁学性质进行了研究.结果表明,该水热反应过程为歧化反应,K^+离子的引入导致了样品中双铁磁相的出现.
Abstract Perovskite La1-x-yCaxKyMnO3(0.05≤x≤0.49;0.05≤y≤0.21) crystals have been hydrotherma- lly synthesized through controlling the molar ratio of Ca^2+ to La^3+ of the reactant solution. The structures, mor- phologies, compositions and magnetic properties of the crystals were studied by X-ray diffractometer ( XRD), inductively coupled plasma(ICP) analyzer, scanning electron microscope(SEM) and vibrating sample magne- tometer(VSM ), respectively. The results show that the crystals were prepared from the disproportionation reaction. Two ferromagnetic phases could also be observed, which could be attributed to the doping of K+ ions.
