As the bonded Nd-Fe-B permanent magnets have the advantages of near net shape and automated production and so on,their commercial value is concerned greatly. In this paper, the method of fabrication of Nd-Fe-B magnetic powder, the process of fabrication of bonded Nd-Fe-B permanent magnets, and the binder and additive types are introduced. It is considered that the bonded Nd-Fe-B permanent magnets can be used in a wide range of applications in the future.
