用热等静压技术制备了Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷功能梯度材料。对表面处理前后材料的组织结构,显微硬度,密度变化作了分析比较。并用EPMA对材料表面处理后的主要元素分布进行了分析测试,同时从热力学和孔隙度对材料性能影响的角度分析了其形成机理。
The technology of Hot Isostatic Pressing used to prepare functionally gradient Ti(C,N)-based cermets is introduced. The microstructure, hardness as well as the density of the cerments before and after the treatment are compared and analyzed. The EMPA technology was used to measure the line distribution of main elements on the nitrided cermet surface. At the end of the paper the forming mechanism of microstructure is discussed according to thermodynamic and the density of the hole influence on the performance.
