基于社会认知理论对道德认同和伦理型领导的影响关系以及管理者的集体认同和利益相关者导向决策价值观在两者之间所起的边界作用进行了研究。通过对技术型制造民营企业的134个团队主管及其下属员工进行调研,并采用回归分析、Bootstrap等研究方法对数据进行分析,提出的假设模型均得到观测数据支持。研究结果表明:管理者的道德认同和伦理型领导显著正相关,管理者的集体认同和利益相关者导向决策价值观分别正向调节道德认同和伦理型领导的关系,并且集体认同通过影响利益相关者导向决策价值观调节上述关系。
Based on the social cognitive theory, the relationship between moral identity and ethical leadership was investigated, as well as the moderating effect of collective identity and stakeholder value. Data was collected from 134 team leaders and their subordinates in some high- tech manufacturing enterprises. Regression analysis and bootstrap analysis were used in this research,and all hypotheses were supported by the findings. The results show that team leaders' moral identity and ethical leadership are positively related. Their collective identity and stakeholder value moderate this positive relationship. Their stakeholder value mediates the moderating effect of collective identity on the above relationship.
