基于“嵌入机制”引入团队道德文化作为中介机制检验团队层次的伦理型领导对团队自主行为产生的影响。通过对130个工作团队的500份问卷调查数据进行实证分析,结果表明:伦理型领导与团队组织公民行为显著正相关,与团队不道德行为显著负相关;团队道德文化中介伦理型领导和团队组织公民行为的正相关关系,并且还中介伦理型领导和团队不道德行为的负相关关系。
This paper empirically analyzes the relationship between ethical leadership and team discretionary behaviors, and explains the mediation effect of team ethical culture through "embedding mechanism". By analyzing the data from 130 working teams, the results show that ethical leadership is positively related to team organizational citizenship behavior and negatively related to team unethical behavior, team ethical culture mediates the positive relationship between ethical leadership and team organizational citizenship behavior, and mediates the negative relationship between ethical leadership and team unethical behavior.
