随着商业贿赂等不合规事件的频频曝光,合规成为企业的首要责任。本文在阐述合规管理在国内外发展的基础上,从战略人力资源管理的匹配性视角出发,以A医疗器械公司为研究对象,从人员招聘、培训开发、绩效考核、人员激励四个方面探讨人力资源管理实践对企业合规管理的促进作用,以期为企业合规管理实践提供有价值的参考。
With the frequent exposure of unethical business activities, compliance has become the first priority of corporate responsibilities. The development of the compliance management in domestic and abroad arena has been reviewed. Based on an overview of the developments of compliance management and fit literature in strategic human resource management, this paper studies the compliance management of Company A in the foreign-invested medical device industry. It elucidates the contributions to enterprise compliance management of human resource management practices in terms of its recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and personnel incentive, and external stakeholders and corporate policy, which provides valuable reference for other companies.
