Cerebral ischemia has been one of the killers in human health and lives.In recent years,it has been found that the apoptosis of neurons is an important mechanism leading to cerebral ischemia injury.Cerebral ischemia triggers three general pathways of apoptosis： mitochondrial mediated apoptosis,death receptor mediated apoptosis and PARP as a regulator of AIF mediated apoptosis.Because of the intensive study on the relationship between neurons apoptosis and cerebral ischemia,anti-apoptotic therapies have been valuable methods.
