高职教育校企合作"双主体"办学模式虽然经过5年多的理论研究与实践建设,但仍然面临企业对参入"双主体"育人模式缺乏政策、法律诱因,高职院校"行政化管理"使职业教育远离了企业和市场,高职教育"双主体"育人模式机制体制不完善、缺乏执行力等困境。在相关政策、法律不能一蹴而就以及让高职院校尽快"去行政化管理"、高度市场化运营,为其提供市场便利是不现实的前提下,当务之急是尽快构建高职教育校企合作"双主体"办学模式矩阵式组织结构,使其成为高职教育校企合作"双主体"办学的主要途径。
With five years of practical construction and theoretical research of double-subject school running in school-enterprise cooperation of higher vocational education, enterprises lack policies and legal incentives facing double-subject mode of education. Administrative management in higher vocational colleges keeps vocational education away from enterprises and the market. The mode is not perfect in mechanism and in system and lacks execution. Relevant policies and laws cannot be made overnight and it is impossible to carry out non-administrative management and highly market-oriented operation. A pressing matter of the moment is to construct matrix structure of double-subject cooperation and it will become the main way of cooperation between school-enterprise(double subjects)cooperation.
